Pelangi Semenyih 2 (Metro Kajang Group Holdings) is Our Second Home

Dah lama nak buat post pasal ni tapi asyik tertunggak. Semalam dapat msg dari developer tentang pelancaran Pelangi Semenyih 2 dan Hillpark 2, terus teringat nak buat entri pasal ni. Lagipun, rasa cam masih belum setel hal pembelian. Since dah setel, dah start bayar bulanan pun dua bulan lepas, so just wanna share with all why do we choose to buy our second home...
Actually, our current home now is an apartment with 4 rooms. We love to stay here since our home in Klang Valley area and it takes less than 10 minutes to my husband's office and around 15 minutes to my workplace. It has many facilities in the apartment gate. Ada laundry, shop, swimming pool, gym, convinced playground and nursery which we send Adam. It is a low density apartment. So peaceful as livin home. But not for a big family. End of this year dah nak tambah sorang lagi kan... Dua orang ok lagi, but how about 3,4,5.6 (opps. 5 sudah maksimum!)
So, kami usahakan untuk cari a bigger house to live with a bigger family. Cari dalam KL memang tak dapat lah kan... Dan tak mampu.. Yang ada pun beratus riban. Tak mampu kalau sekadar kakitangan kerajaan. Lain la kalau ada side business jual baju, alat sukan ke, ada business ngan ipar duai ka.. Haha.. Yolah tu.
Solution, kami cari di luar KL. Survey agak lama, akhirnya last minute decide... Area sini....
We chose under construction home sebab tak mampu beli rumah yang dah siap. Mahhal, bak kata Adam. We bought intermediate house, Phase 2 (Type B)

TAK SUKA :
- jauh dari KL. Sebab dah terbiasa dekat dengan Pusat Bandaraya
- Itu je.. Itu pun dah rasa semakin dekat dengan adanya Hi Way SILK dan LEKAS..
