Aku pi gym awal pagi tadi, seawal 6.40 pagi. Caya tak??? Sila jangan percaya. :p

Aku kena turun tangga sebanyak enam tingkat hari ni sebab lif rosak. Nasib keta parking kat tingkat empat. Kalau kat Ground Floor camna? Tak pernah rosak dua-dua selama ni. Adam sporting. Cuma dia hairan, kenapa boleh sampai jugak kat level parking tu walau guna tangga? Haiya.

Terbakar jugak la lemak tepu aku. Anggaplah ia senaman di awal pagi.  Boleh turunkan berat badan yang semakin mencanak naik ni.

Tangga adalah  gymnasium percuma yang boleh kita pergi di mana-mana sahaja. 

Macam pernah terpandang kata-kata ni di satu tempat. Tapi di mana ya? 


So, lepas ni mari kita turun tangga dan naik tangga yer. 

Dr. Bryant said that walking up stairs at a moderate intensity should burn 5 calories a minute for a 120-pound person (54kg), 7 for a 150-pound (68kg) person, and 9 for a 180-pound (82 kg) person. Running stairs multiplies the caloric burn and the cardiovascular benefit.
