Let's challenge ourselves and see the difference in two weeks time.
1. Replace breakfast and one other meal (lunch or dinner) with a cup of 45g cereals with low fat milk and a piece of fruit.
I choose Kellogg's and coco crunch as my favourite cereals.
2. Enjoy your third meal as normal but choose low fat foods, moderate portions and increase your vegetable intake.
Mama influenced him to eat salads and vegetables. Good for him.
3. If you are hungry, eat vegetable and up to two pieces of fruits.
This is my dinner. Salads enhanced with chicken frankfurter. But then my friend suggested to change the instant food to a healthier boneless chicken (chest part). I did so on the next day. :)
4. Aim to get 30 minutes of exercise a day.
Extra tip : Drink a lot of water after workout.
